Total Cut & Bend Double-Sided Coil Crimper

The TCB - Total Cut & Bend is a desktop machine designed to cut and crimp the full range of coil diameters from 6mm to 50mm with the same crimping heads! This operator friendly machine uses simple dial adjustments for set up and size changeovers, without the need of tools. A longer crimp is achieved as the coil diameter increases reducing the risk of coil unwinding from the larger punch holes. The TCB is also easily integrated with most coil insertion equipment.
